In 1819 Anna moved to Russia, NY, with daughter Lury and son-in-law Philo Rust. Here she is referred to as Annah Judd Agard, "Rebecca Preston's sister" - Preston Mt

In 1810 both James and Joseph Agard are shown in Dover, in 1820 neither.
In 1800 her YOB is abt or bef 1755, in 1810, bef 1765. Given the ages of her siblings I lean toward 1755; tombstone calculates to 1757. - Census Dover NY
I do not find a female of proper age to be Anna in Philo Rust's Herkimer household in 1820 nor Lucy's in 1830. [MOVE THE FOLLOWING TO JOHANNA WIFE OF JOSEPH In 1820 Dover a Hannah Agard, the proper age, is found near Martin Woolcott, David Preston, Allen Canaday, Annis Preston and Simeon Cummings, with one other female age 16-25. In Dover in 1830 we find a David Agard with a female the proper age to be Anna. David may be either son of Joseph, or the m 10-15 seen onthe 1810 Census in James Agard's house. The 1820 Hannah could then be the wife of Joseph [Johanna], not Anna Judd Agard. END OF MOVE] In 1820 Russia, with enough legibility difficulty to be unsure of having the correct entry, there is a Peter Roberts also with a female the correct age to be Anna. The writing is much clearer in 1830, and there is still a female the correct age for Anna in the Roberts' household. - Census Dover and Russia NY
