Genealogies of the Early Settlers
of Dover, Dutchess, NY
and Collateral Families
Mission Statement
Dover Dutchess Genealogy is a research project to study, compile and share the genealogies and histories of the families that settled the area that is now the Township of Dover in Dutchess County, New York.
This study, though focusing on the history of Dover, also encompasses, through the ancestors and descendants of these settlers, many collateral histories and genealogies.
This web site is largely dormant, though the project is still ongoing, and I will be glad to hear from you. The only live link on the menu above is that of "Links" which connects to the DCGS Genealogy 101 related links.
